Accounting Services
Accounting services are the foundation of our practice. The extent of these services are dependent upon the in-house capabilities of our clients. They may include write-up of journals, posting of general ledgers, and preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements. In conjunction with the above, we prepare or review all necessary tax returns, including payroll and income tax returns. An important service we also provide our clients is general financial and management counsel.

Tax Services

In addition to those tax services rendered in conjunction with Accounting Services, Tax Services include assistance to clients in making major tax decisions, tax research, tax planning and negotiations and representation before taxing authorities. We also provide estate and fiduciary tax planning and preparation.

Auditing Services

These services involve the analysis and assistance in the presentation of financial statements primarily to express independent opinions based upon audits of the client's records.

Advisory Services And Special Projects

These services embrace a variety of technical services which include the implementation of recommendations made to clients dealing with financial counseling. The use of computers has greatly expanded our services in this area, such as computer prepared projections. We also provide installation, implementation and training of various computer software programs.

These services also include the following: Support litigation, including divorce and separation, acquisitions and mergers, elder care services, and other matters.
